AL HAMRA MALL BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Al Hamra Shopping Mall is a part of the five million square meters of Al Hamra Village real estate project. The construction of the mall is at the final state, several shops are now already open and the full opening of the mall will occur in the next weeks.

After a challenging competition, CSEM-UAE Innovation Center LLC and its partner Globensol have been designated to conduct the design, installation and assessment of the mall’s Building Management System (BMS). For this project, CSEM UAE was associated with renowned companies such as Al Hamra Construction and Electrorak.

Fully functional, this Building Management System monitors and controls remotely from a central location various sensors and electromechanical systems, such as electrical power facilities, heat ventilation and air conditioning system, fire alarms, lifts, pumps etc.

The designed system ensures an ultra-modern and efficient management of the mall’s multisystem with reduced manpower and costs.
